Kristine Cormier Ordered seat covers for our DIL for Christmas. Received an email immediately notifying me my ordered was received. 16 days later I was informed my order was being "processed ". (This wasn't a custom order) and that I'd receive an email with a tracking number when it was shipped. Never got that email. Zero idea when/if it would. Needless to say, 1 week before Christmas I wasn't sure if I was even going to get the product. I had to ruin her surprise gift. It showed up after Christmas. The product was just as advertised. Email received 12/31 ( 5 days later) asking for a review on the product "received 16 days ago" 🙄 I suggest better communication coaching/training.
