I wish I had read their reviews first! Placed my order 10 days ago. I have received nothing - no notice that my order completed processing and shipped, no reply to my request for order status and certainly NOT my product! Ghost order & ghost customer service!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!!!! Hopefully my product will show up mysteriously on my doorstep in a month like a lot of the other reviews stated. If not, I'm filing a complaint!!
Item took to long to arrive and did not look like the picture I ordered.
I was disappointed that I waited just over a month to receive the product (the tracking system is unreliable and more accurate delivery time estimations would be helpful) but I was very pleased with the design and quality; it was just like the photo online.
I ordered this as a present. My niece was very pleased.
This sweatshirt had NO HOODIE like the picture showed. I was very upset to give it to my 12 yr old grandson who had picked it out.
I like what I got I ordered a goat hoodie for my cousin because he really likes goats it did take like 4 weeks for me to get the hoodie which was kind of long in my opinion I can see other people have waited even longer I got updates constantly when I asked questions on Facebook and messaged the company myself I got a reply every 24 hours with an update after I asked a question and the hoodie is decent quality so I'm definitely happy and he put it on as soon as he seen the design, he is officially the GOAT 🐐

I spoke with ur team about returning the merchandise. I did so at my USPS here in Bradenton Fl, 34212 and have still NOT gotten a refund on my visa debit ending in 4570. Where is my return. I returned ur product.!!!!
Was pleased the quilt set when they came. Was not pleased with how long it took to get here. I had wanted the item for Christmas. However, I did get responses from customer service and as they promised it did arrive right after Christmas so, all was well.
It took a while to get here but they did keep the line of communication going.
The shirt is awesome the service sucks. I requested and paid for rush delivery to get the shirt for a tournament that was two weeks away. When the shirt didn't come in a week I contacted the company via Chat. I was asked to hold on while they checked the order. The rep never came back. Two days before the tournament I contacted the company again to cancel the order. I was told I couldn't cancel because the order had already been shipped. The order didn't come for another 2 weeks. The shirt is wonderful, very high quality. I will never do business with this company again.
